Can I run the game in windowed mode at all? I just prefer it. None of the usual tricks are working, is this an option I'm missing or are there any ways for me to for the game to run windowed? 

+1 on this, I couldn't get it into windowed mode except for one time when the options menu glitched out and I couldn't select video / sound / back, but alt+enter worked.

I couldn't get it to run in windowed mode either, I'd love to know if anyone gets it working!
