everytime i go to download it there is nothing there is this an issue on my side or the creators side

This is a quirk of Itch.io’s desktop app; it automatically filters out downloads that don’t match the client’s operating system.
You forgot to flag the download as “Executable for Windows”, so it won’t be available on the app.

I have the same problem when using the itch.io desktop app. Seems like something about the structure of the upload prevents it from being recognized by the app, so it cannot be downloaded or installed
Hmmm. I guess it's app related but you might want to change the settings of your upload.
