I bought the game and i quite like it, but I am having a hard time surviving even the first days. I did not find out how to cook yet and normally after a few days I get too exhausted, because I don't find good enough food to stay in shape and keep my stamina.

If you expect to cultivate a Tough-Lona, here are some of my tips:

At the beginning of the game, you need to hold on until Lona level rises to lvl12, Then use 11 talent points to learn Alchemy, You can also choose Tough first and learn Alchemy at lvl13, but don't choose Pessimist.

Before then, you need pick up a lot of rats and eat them. Rat is important that it provide 12 sat and it's easy to get. In HELL MODE, it disappears slowly than other raw foods.

Although it may cause Lona's gastroenteritis, but Lona can only endure this and heal herself by sleeping.

You can team up with Treasure Hunter to accept "The rising dead in the Cemetery" and just watch him work. But this quest will disappear for 1.5 days after it is completed.

You can exchange some room keys to make Lona eat fewer rats.

You may encounter rogues or orkinds or anything when you act on the main map, commonly, choose "Hide" and "Approach”, then try to find the edge of the map to leave.  When Shy-Lona gets 30+ WIS and she was found, choose "Talk" to try to defuse hostility. "Escape" and "Observe" are not worth advocating because it may be futile.

After level 12, team up with doggy and accept "Collect some white dragon weeds", save at the destination, then pick fruit, cut down trees and hunting wild boar, use the short sword from the sewer and make a simultaneous frontal and rear attacks with doggy. If you accidentally hurt doggy or lose strength when hunting wild boar, load the save game. In addition, you can load the autosave in file 31.

Choose Tough at lvl13, Bloodlust at lvl14, Weapons Expert at lvl15.

When you get meat and fruit, you can cook “Good Soup” in a ratio of 1 to 1. 32 sat and some moods, the best food in HARD MODE.

When you get a wooden club and a lot of meat, you can use the ratio of 1:2n to cook n “Smoked Meat”. 26sat, and you can buy a Saber by selling 35~40 "Smoked Meat" and a Iron Shield by selling 18~20 "Smoked Meat" and a Longbow by selling 5 "Smoked Meat".

When you get Longbow, Saber and Iron Shield, you have a certain strength to explore the map.

But you should still try your best to avoid fighting more than two enemies, until you think Lona is strong enough.

If you expect to cultivate a Shy-Lona or Slut-Lona, please change your mind... This is very difficult.

You can try these after a rebirth. At a high level, Shy-Lona's destructive power is more terrible.

Thank you. I recently got a Fire Wand by random drop at an wagon encounter in the tropical forest. Is it worth utilizing?

This is a powerful weapon of shy-Lona, low frequency and high damage, good at long range instant kill, but can't fight at close range.

If Lona's personality is Tough or Lewd, just sell it.

Got it in the very early game. Just after gaining some levels with the adventurer in powerfarming dragon weeds with a random encounter with the abandonend wagon encounter.

Yes, almost all weapons can be obtained at an wagon encounter,  Saber, Iron Shield and so on, but there is also a high probability of useless things, it's a free lottery.

It's not that strange, actually I play the same way as you, Lona must be safe 😅
