The store page states "purchase comes with Steam key" but there is no Steam key for this game on my download page. I've tried contacting the game's developers, the publisher, itch support, some guy that started pinned threads on the game's Steam discussion boards 9 years ago, but no dice. Please help me get a Steam key for this game.

Could you try accessing your download page again. It looks like the page for Gone Home had an old option configured for a promotion they did on itch.io a long time ago that was pr venting Steam keys from being available for new purchases. We’ve removed this option and the page should be functioning as expected.

The developer is responsible for any product keys they provide. Can you send in a support email describing the issue and reply to me with the ticket ID you get from the receipt email so I can include the developer in the email thread to get the issue resolved.
If it’s a one off issue they can assist with getting you a new key, if the entire set of keys uploaded is faulty then we can work with them to get them replaced.
