is it possible to have searches filter results by date, price, & type(ie book or game)

You can click the dropdown to access the different content types:

We have some preset filters for narrowing down by price, those are less than $5 or less, and $15 or less. For sorting by date, you can can click "Recently added" on the browse page to see projects from newest to oldest.
