Three Games Are Invisible In Collections

I am a physical games developer (tabletop rpgs on https://kumada1.itch.io/)

On 11/15/21 I created itch pages that link to these games (https://kumada1.itch.io/the-dawnline and https://kumada1.itch.io/the-dawnline-feral-states and https://kumada1.itch.io/tales-of-the-dawnline and https://kumada1.itch.io/firefighter-sharks-in-space)

The pages don't accept payment, they just provide information about the game and a link to where the game can be obtained. None of my other 70 games do this, and if this isn't permitted, I'm happy to take the above titles down. I couldn't find anything restricting this in the content creator guidelines.

Today (11/17/21), at around 11 AM EST, I logged in to find that Feral States, Tales Of, and Firefighter Sharks weren't displaying in collections. The collections they're part of are displayed on my profile, and other games in these collections are visible, but not Feral States, Tales Of, and Firefighter Sharks. They're also invisible if I go to My Library and look at the collections there.

The collections do correctly track the number of games in them, and I can access Feral States, Tales Of, and Firefighter Sharks by going through my dashboard. They're set to public, and they do display on my profile properly outside of the collections.

If I add them to other collections, they're invisible there too.

I'm not sure what to do here, but I'd like these games to be visible. Any help is hugely appreciated.

I did some further testing, and anyone who is not me who navigates to these pages gets a 404 error.

I can see The Dawnline just fine. It simply doesn't meet the minimal criteria for indexing. The other two are suspended. Please contact support to sort this out.

Thank you! I'll check with support to see what caused the suspension.
