Uploading an mp4 in a comment doesn't work.

Hi,when placing a comment, if you click the "Add image" button, it says that mp4 (<3MB) is a supported format.

But I can't place mp4's (for example a 1MB video),

OS: Linux 20.04, WebBrowser: Brave.
