Okay so when attempting to launch the game, I obtain a error "Could not execute" Gansterlovin_1.0_PC\lib\windows-i686\Gangsterlovin.exe. Is it missing?

What can I do to resolve this?

Have you tried to unzip the file and try again? Tell me if it doesn't work.

Yes and the game still provides the same error. I tried unzip and smart unzip. When I open the file I still have the guide. Like on Day 4 you are supposed to select (Yeah, thanks for saving my ass). But the game application won't load

It is still not working for my computer. I think I need to please request a refund then. Thank you very much for your time and consideration.

Open the zip file, highlight the contents, drag them to a folder. Then try running the application. Have you tried this?

Yes, I even asked one of my computer friends and still have trouble with the game. Maybe it is something else but I would still like to request a refund sorry for the bother.
