I am a video game composer who prides myself in handling any project with professionalism, enthusiasm, and camaraderie. I make it my mission to help build the world of the game, as the world-building element of music can bring so much to the table in terms of a game's aesthetic. Take a look at my portfolio, and perhaps we can create exciting worlds together!

Background Highlights:

  • Master’s Degree in Film Music Composition from University of North Carolina School of the Arts.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Music Composition from Kalamazoo College.
  • Studied under industry leading composers behind games such as Dead Space, Rage, and Red Dead Redemption.
  • Experiencing doing contract composing work since 2011 for both film and video game mediums for my company, Audistory.

Offered Services:

  • Original Composition
  • Orchestration and Arranging
  • Musical Engraving
  • Live Recording
  • Sound Design
  • Audio Implementation

Unseen Main Menu Theme

Here is the main menu theme I scored for a VR game called Unseen! It is a puzzle game that deals with escaping from a warehouse in South America, and touches upon the complex issues of human sex trafficking.

I am looking for more work, so please feel free to reach out if interested in my services for hire!

I recently got commissioned to re-orchestrated some selections from the SNES JRPG Breath of Fire II.  With about 2 weeks to write 13 pieces, I was basically converting, arranging, and mixing one piece a day, which turned out to be quite the experience!  Definitely difficult, but very rewarding too.  I had a lot of fun with this, as re-arranging video game music is one of my favorite things to do.  The animation was done by Small-Butera, and the first half of tracks were done by composer Troupe Gammage.  All in all a fun project with a really cool result, especially due to Breath of Fire's lack of representation as a game with orchestral arrangements.

While I do have some projects going on, I am always looking for more work!  Please be in touch if you might be interested in my talents for hire!

Currently working on two games in development, TimeWar and Felicity Toad, but still have the availability to take on another project! Please be in touch if you might be interested in my services for hire!

Updated the main post to highlight the assortment of audio skills I can do for your project! While composing is my forte, I can offer a number of services including sound design, audio implementation, and musical engraving!

Still looking for another exciting project to tackle! In the meantime, take a listen to a recent big orchestration I did for a client inspired by a certain source tune.  Featuring over 50 instruments and nearing 9 minutes long, this programatic piece of paints a picture of a nanoscopic world, where objects normally perceived as simple, everyday things because whole worlds of their own when looked through a powerful magnifications lense.

A World Unseen (Orchestral)

Updated my website portfolio to feature games I've been working on the past half year, including exciting in-development releases such as Felicity Toad, TimeWar, Crickstar, Pixture Perfect, and a few more!  Check them out here!

Looking for some big, orchestral sounds to put into your game? Here is a recent passion project I finished, featuring the third movement for a video game arrangement suite I did for the Fire Emblem series.

Hi!

I'm looking to create a sci-fi pixel series! You can check my original post on this board also.

I like your work, and would like to know if you feel that you can create a synthwave/retro OST to accompany the series' episodes.

I would need at least a good sample to check your ability. And you would still need to create something for the intro as a test of your skills, as there are more contestants.

I will look forward for your reply.

Some great work here, well done.

Thank you! :)

A lot of my time recently has been spent serving as the audio lead for an upcoming MMO in development, Codename Reality (https://www.codenamereality.com/).  This has been a big step in my career, as not only am I a producer of both music and sound design, I have been getting experience leading a team of other skilled musicians.

That being said, I'd like to keep composing as well, so if you're looking for professional audio please be in touch!

This video is a 10-minute sampler collection of some of my favorite works of last year!  I believe it to be a good variety of musical genres that really represent my compositional and arranging abilities.

Check out some other projects I'm working on at https://audistorymusic.com.   And for those looking for audio, I'm always interested in hearing about your game or project.  Feel free to reach out, as I'm pretty enthusiastic about this stuff :D
