I have no clue why but the pictures that are supposed to be on games in my library, my collections and in the search all aren't visible to me. The pictures all just show a spinning wheel, as if it's struggling to load them.

It would be much appreciated if anyone could give an explanation and/or any suggested actions. 

Are you able to share a screenshot of what you’re referring to? I’m not familiar with where you would be seeing a spinning wheel. You may want to check to ensure that you aren’t using any browser extensions that may be interfering with the site.
