A few Payouts in review for a long time

Hello, I have a question.

The Payouts, there are already a few of them and the oldest one is already 23 days. I would like to know what it is caused by. The best thing is that a few days ago I was paid one, not the oldest, but the next (not payoneer as I indicated only on paypal).

I understand that this is a mistake, it does not matter but I would like to know what’s going on?

Best Regards Szadi art.

Hello, I am on the same boat... Over 20 days on my current payout.

Both of you, please, read the rules of this category, contact support, and don't hijack existing topics. Thank you.

I understand, but how many times I have not written to the support, I have never received a reply.

That’s why I used the forum. Regards.

Except nobody can help you on the forum. Did you get a ticket number from support? If not, your message probably got lost. Either way, if support isn't answering please try an alternate communication channel like Twitter or Discord. Hope this helps.

Please don't take this personally as I know you are a fellow creator here and on top of that you took the role of moderating what has to be the most difficult forum (where frustrated people come to vent their frustration), we simply come here to voice our issues in the hope that they are heard by whoever runs support.  I understand now that this forum is completely disconnected from itch's support system and I won't post here again.

Ithch.io: We the creators, who pay you a  % of every sale for using your platform, which I am pretty sure makes us your actual clients, think that support on this site needs to improve and we are not happy with waiting 20+ days to get our money or waiting 2+ weeks to get a reply. If this becomes the norm you will see creators routing their buyers to other sites where they can also host their games. The number one reason creators use itch is convenience, it's just easier than setting up your own hosting/selling system (which is becoming easier every day) or dealing with larger sites. But if you let this degrade you will lose your main appeal and start seeing people use other platforms and promote the links to those platforms instead of yours. I love itch as a place where we can share our creations and the last thing I want is to see it getting dragged down by bureaucratic stuff like this. Thank you.

I showed this to an admin, hope they can get back to you soon.

There was a situation (with long time payout) in which you also took part, you wrote “I’ve let an admin know” and got a reply on the forum from “leafo”. Regards.

The same question! And the current payout is still in reviewing by over 22 days. I sent a few emails to support and I get the ticket numbers, but that's the end, I have never received a reply too. It's very depressing.

Same answer as above! Hope your problem gets resolved in some way.
