About the Tax Form, Spanish team of 2, how do we fill this up?

Hey there! We’re a team of 2, based in Spain, and we are a wee confused on how to properly fill up the tax form so we don’t uh, get into legal trouble?

As it is right now we’re not registered as a “business” (nor did we think we Had to?) but, since it’s not a one-man kind of deal, we thought of going the Partnership route– however it asks for a Legal Entity Name along with, iirc, a code or number tied to the Business, plus the kind of beneficial owner. As is right now we’re lost on how to approach this, we Could register as a business, but we’ve got so little done and is probably so expensive that it doesnt seem worth it. On the other hand, we dont want any legal trouble by writing down we’re one proprietor, when in reality it’s 2 and possibly more in the future.

To add on that, we’re not quite sure how to handle the Tax information. We’re currently using a Personal PayPal account for similar reasons as to why we havent done the tax form yet, and the owner of the account (currently writing!), we assume, will have to add in the sales’ information onto the tax declaration each year. However, since its an US platform, we’re not sure how to provide this information, where to get it, or how to file it in. Are there any Spaniards with experience on this? Or, who can we contact when the time comes? Thank you all for reading <3

Ok after going through Spain tax laws, i still dont have an answer for you. You two do need to pick a choice between "sociedad general" or  "sociedad comanditaria". After that you can file the tax form, dont press the business button or select business unless you do want to be a business. It will than be easier to file.

Hey there! Im back on the Tax Registration deal– Im…sort of stuck at the beggining? Mostly because, under Partnership, we’re supposed to input a Legal Entity Name. Would we get in trouble if one of the members signed as a sole proprietor, even though we’re two guys working on the games? Is it ok to just put in our team name, even though it’s not registered and, as such, not a “Legal Entity”?

Thank you! :) I’ll see if I can get the form in Spanish,it’s automatically in English, but, hey! As for filing the tax bit,I’ve got until April to get it sorted I guess!it’s when we have to start filing taxes, and it may be as easy as going to an advisor, though if anyone has any info related to this,we’d still be quite thankful!
