She becomes self-aware, wanting love, and knowing that none of the choices you get through out the game were allowing it, she was eliminating all of the original options to make her an option, the only option
the club is actually a simulation run by some programmers who wondered what would happen if they made one of the characters self aware! so they gave her god controls and awareness and let her do what she wanted :)
Based on what Game Theory said about the game. Monika was given special treatment from the creators of the simulation. "Team Salv" (Not Team Salvato) Such as access to the command system of the game, and the knowledge that the world she was in was a simulation.
