e.g. I want to hit "Alt+Enter" when Pressing all the shoulder buttons together. Is it possible?

By the way, thank you very much for this tool. It's the best out of Xpadder and Joy2Key if you want to use a Xbox-Controller and don't want the focus around gaming and using Steam and pretty much want to cover everything.

Unfortunately, this functionality is not available in the current version of JoyXoff (3.55.6.8).
So, the closest you'll get right now is assign the left shoulder to use a modifier (secondary, alt-1 or alt-2) and the right sholder to "Alt+Enter".
