Hello everyone,

Two years ago, I was developing a point-and-click adventure game on Pc, Mac and Linux, which tells the story of Ben, a 12-year-old teenager who watches helplessly for the kidnapping parents. Being locked up in his room, he does not manage to rescue them, and when he reaches the door, it is already too late.

What then? To call the police ? Calling his father?

Rash and full of courage, he decides to seek them alone and discover the cause of the rapture.

The baseline scenario promises many twists and turns by letting you spend many hours discovering his story, helping him solve puzzles throughout the adventure, while encountering several crazy characters.

I had too much instability of the game to release a stable version. For a few weeks now, a new version of the engine I use (Visionaire studio) has been released (version 5.0), which has allowed me to improve a lot of points to offer a more stable, less resource intensive game, And of a much better quality.

I take advantage of these improvements to add additional scenes, improve the whole game and integrate new characters.

The game will always be available on Windows, Mac and Linux in full French, subtitled English

In the meantime, an interactive live will be launched on Facebook or twitch (to be defined). You will attend the gameplay and will be able via the chat to direct me to perform the actions (I remind you that we are in a game point and click).

The game will be offered in full to all new subscribers of my Facebook page (offer between 29/09/2017 and 31/10/2017).

Hello. Big game evolution

I updated the animations of my characters. Before, the walk was jerky, it was not very pretty.

I recalculated my animations and added framerate in each animal. Now, the movements are fluid.

Here is an overview of the result:

The evolution of the game continues. The question that often comes back is: "What does the family look like before it disappears? This is a response element ;)
Test phase soon ready.

Latest progress of this week (not visible in the demo, only for the final version)

- Added double click that makes the character run.
- The main character now contains 43 different animations out of the 50 planned (the demo only contained 13).
- All scenes now contain animations and various sound effects.
- NPCs (non-playable characters) have been added to several scenes.
- The stability of the game interface has been completely revised, the gameplay has remained the same but is more responsive and free of bugs.
- The set of unused files have been cleaned up and a big part of the files have been optimized to make the game less resource intensive.
- The music is now without cuts (They do not restart at each change of scene but continue or they had stopped)
- The texts have been adjusted to no longer overflow the screen, regardless of the resolution of the game.
- Many other small bug fixes.

It was a big job but the result is worth it. I'm finishing the last 7 animations of the character this week.

The final scene is under preparation. Then follow a beta version to detect any bugs and errors. All this to allow a stable version when the game will be release.
