I open the game (project viva)  and the character only wears a skirt, the rest of the body is invisible

Assuming you mean this game, you should ask in their comments. How is anyone here supposed to know? That said, it sounds to me like a GPU issue. The game likely uses more advanced shaders than yours can handle. I'd say "hope this helps", but if I'm right the only solution is to upgrade... or convince the creator to fix it.
