Embed of game on website never loads

I have an iframe embed on an external website (hosted by HubSpot) and the game is forever ever loading. The screengrab is below. It worked briefly and now is stuck here.  Suggestions?

Does the game load correctly on the page on itch.io for it?

Yes, the game loads on itch.io without issues

You may also need fresh embed code if you replaced the games files.
