Hey, I don't know if this is a reasonable request, but is it possible to get a list of the sex scenes that exist in the game? I like discovering just how to achieve them, but the change log lists a few scenes I have no idea how to get (like standing 69), and I'm personally curious.

Yeah!  Right now it's a moving target because none of the existing encounters are finalized, but as that happens we can start putting together scene lists.  :D
