Tax interview for a canadian NPO

Hi,

We are a non-profit organization in Canada and we want to complete our tax interview, but the forms we are asked to fill out are not the right ones and we cannot complete the opening of our account with you. Lilaham does not respond to us or they simply ask us constantly the same outdated forms (2012) that do not apply to NPO’s, what can we do to accelerate the process in order to be able to sell our products.

Thanks

Hello,

What support email are you using to contact Lilaham? We do all tax processing through them, so we’ll have to get it sorted out through them if forms need to be updated.

Thanks

I use this address : taxclientsupport-valve@taxidentity.com But the problem is that they do not answer my precise questions about the nature of our institution, we are a non-profit organization specialized in digital arts and they keep on asking us to fill out forms that refer to Commercial companies or industries.

Thx

That appears to be the customer support email for Valve (creators of Steam).

Please only use support@itch.io or any addresses we provide to you directly for handling private account details, as you don’t want to accidentally send you private information to an unauthorized third party.

I’ve send an email to the address on your account with the itchio specific contact address for our tax provider.

Thanks
