I might just be dumb but what the heck am I even supposed to do to complete this task? I've looked everywhere and no-where does it say "watch Phantasm Facade event" :'( someone help me pls

This was supposed to be fixed in Beta 21, have you updated your game?

Or you can cheat - press F7 six times and click "complete all tasks"
