I have recently uploaded a png cut-merge tool to itch.io with a price at 3 dollar

I am now wondering how to promote my tool to everyone?

do they take looks here frequently? and can i paste the URL here to share it?

You can promote your project in Release Announcements (please follow the rules if you do), and people also follow devlogs, both here in the community and on project pages. But in my experience, the best way is to be active. Talk to others, check out their projects and leave feedback. It's the best way to let them know you exist and make them curious about your work.
