My account is banned from posting

My original account DarkPrincess1 - itch.io was banned from posting due to "Please do not spam on people’s comments and pages. Hopefully, it should be pretty obvious that bulk sending messages like that is against the rules on itch.io and will result in a ban. Thanks". I didn't know the rules and as soon as I got this warning, I was banned. Also, I couldn't post here about my problem with that account and even I contacted support, however I couldn't get a response. I want to be unbanned because of that it's so important to me and I don't want another account or leave itch.io and I won't spam on people's comments and pages as before. Can you help me? Also, it would be nice if you can tell me how I can advertise my games and increase my views/downloads/plays without counting as spam. Thanks in advance.

We deleted over 400 posts from your account after receiving many reports about your posts. This is a huge waste of our moderator team’s time. Your account was restricted immediately without warning because in this case we felt that it was obvious to you that you knew you were doing something wrong by repeatedly posting messages promoting your game at a high rate on other people’s pages.

I’m sorry, but we must be strict about the rules otherwise our communities and comments will become overrun and useless. We may revisit the limitation on your account in the future, but until then you are only allowed to post on communities that you manage (like your own comments, message boards, etc.) Please do not create a new account to circumvent the limitation, as you have done here.

Please do not create any new topics, as our public message board is not for the discussion of account limitations. Thanks for understanding.

How long ago did you contact support, and did you receive a ticket number? (No need to tell me, but if you did that means your message was received and they'll get back to you.) They're the ones who can help, in any event.

To answer your other question, you can use release announcements and devlogs, people look them up. And you can have genuine interactions with other people. Talk to them about their games, and they'll check out yours in turn. Seriously, people do that. In fact people will find your games anyway if you have good tags and short descriptions, both from Itch and via search engines. You are promoting your games outside Itch too, right?
