Background Story? And More

I feel like this game needs some kind of backstory. Here is my idea:

Once, there was a boy. The boy had very rich parents. The boy was also fascinated with trains, and he still is. Once, on Christmas morning, the boy awoke to a the delightful scent of mint mochas. He then wandered into the den and found his parents sitting on the couch enjoying wonderful mint mochas. The boy glanced at the Christmas tree and was surprised to find a large present, with his name written on the tag. The boy rushed over and tore open the paper, and nearly jumped out of his pajamas. It was the biggest train track set he had ever seen. He rushed up to his mom and dad and gave them both big hugs and kisses, then rushed off to play with his new train set.

Then there is another thing I would like to discuss:

Props; like blocks and stuff. Maybe you could add blocks and buildings and little figurines to make it feel like a mini world.

Thanks, and I hope you liked this idea, cause I sure do.

Thanks a lot for the ideas.

To be honest I haven't put much thought into the story yet, just been focusing on gameplay so far but that does sound like a nice set up.

As for objects etc, have a look at my Twitter or the Steam page/trailer to see some of the placeable objects I have planned.

You are very welcome.
