i claimed a copy of the freeware version and i can run the game but when i get past the title screen i can't actually move the mouse, and the only keys that respond are F1 and F2 and both left and right mouse buttons, however I can't actually move the mouse, so I'm just locked in place. tried re-downloading too. any ideas how to fix this?

Hey Escapefromnoise,

Is this on Windows? Can you try disconnecting any controllers or other peripherals attached?

No other users have reported this issue on Windows so I am unsure if this is a software issue or some kind of peripheral scenario that we havent tested.

Any additional details/logs you could provide would greatly help our team resolve the issue so you can play. :)

Thanks,

i actually have a similar problem, im running a decent computer on windows 10 64 bit and theres a considerable ammount of input lag when i move around

I have the same problem, the controls are unresponsive, the only thing that does work is the shooting with the mouse. Mouse movement and keyboard dont work at all. But, the keyboard works before that, when you skip the intro and select something in the menu

oops i forgot to mention that! the spacebar does work to skip the intro

Hey Yall,

Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention! So to be clear - is the issue that there is considerable input lag or that the controls dont work at all?

Can someone send us a video of their issue and also their exact PC specs/setup so that we can try troubleshooting it in a VM?

Also - we did have a few folks say that they had issues with controls when the KB/Mouse and Joypads were connected. No idea why that would be the case but our suggestion is to disconnect joypads while playing for the time being.

Let us know - and once again thank you for bringing this up! :)

Thanks,
