I've tried both 32 and 64 for windows, what app works for windows to extract the rar files, because I've tried RAR Opener, Zip Extractor Pro, and 7-Zip File Manager (Unofficial) and none of them have worked. The jar file hasn't worked either
As I have absolutely no idea what rig you're working with so can't help on that end, the only thing that comes to mind is maybe the WIndows security blocked the file? Right click->properties-> If it's blocked by windows(lower part of the first tab, right under the various attribute checkboxes(hidden, Read only, etc.)), click unblock, OK the change, and then try starting the jar again. Same thing with the rar files, unblock them before (trying to) extracting them.
