1. Good luck contacting one, if I can. 2. It was fixed for finobe only since they were the ones that administered the fix, it doesn't just work for everything else. 3. Charapp hats won't show up at all. Novetus hats are the only ones that seem to show up right now, just because they're offline/localized.
Hmm... I recommend downloading them, and putting them inside content, and making a folder and putting them inside, if that is what you are asking for... Because it worked for me.
