I have this terrible habit of coping with executive dysfunction by endlessly reminiscing over my past accomplishments. The struggle is real, but sometimes I go too far... Why bother making new things if I can just keep revisiting and venerating my old things?
Fuck that.
Hence this series of sales. Starting on January 11th, I'll be progressively hacking away at the prices of my games, 10% at a time, until they're free. This is the third day of such sales, and they'll only get better. I want to watch my past crumble away to remind me not to cling to it, and that I should always look to shaping my joy in the present.
These games are genuinely great, but they're no laurels — so it's time I stop resting on them as such. The better these sales do, the more I can push myself to create more games that are even greater.
