I'm a trans dyke  and a recent debut author, and during this sale I will not have a home! I used to be a public high school teacher in Orlando, FL, but state and local policies have become so intolerable that my wife and I are having to move to Maryland. You can read more about my situation in my interview with the Advocate.

I move out of my current apartment on June 22nd, and if things go exactly as planned, I should be able to move into a new place on July 13th. In the interim, I'll have no home, no car, no job, and most of my belongings will be in storage. Due to the generosity of a bunch of queer strangers, I've been able to afford the move and my rent/bills until the end of the Summer, but unless I can scrape together some more money, I can't afford to replace my car or pay my bills past the start of August. 

I'm not asking for a donation, I'm asking for you to buy and read my book.
