Due to factors like chronic depression and poor timing of a break-up, my 13 year old cat and I are facing impending homelessness. In two weeks, the two of us will have no place to live together. I can find places to stay with friends and family while I work with my mental and behavioral health providers to get stable housing. Most, if not all, of the places I can stay in the meantime cannot also accommodate my cat, either because of allergies, lack of space, existing pets in the home or other factors. 

I want to have some funds to help keep my cat comfortable and safe during this time. I have had Sammy for 10 years, and she is one of the biggest reasons I've chosen to survive over the last decade. I am doing everything I know how in order to avoid surrendering her to a shelter.

The sale price for both books is set to $6.72 USD in honor of my room number at the psychiatric hospital where I stayed during a particularly difficult bout of suicidal ideation from late December 2024 to early January 2025.
