Hiiii YES! Bethlehem Hill is still very much in development. I was working on it for two years straight and I needed a break from it, because I had pushed myself to the point of exhaustion and I felt like it was starting to negatively affect the game. So, I started Hell Hospital as a side project that's much smaller (and, believe it or not, much simpler) as a way to continue learning the engine, as well as creating and collecting assets for Bethlehem Hill once it's finished.
