how do we use the 3 frame characters in rpg maker

unless i m crazy SV_enemies are unusable as RPG maker uses Static images for enemy SV and not sprite sheets like the actors so when used it just puts a massive wall of sprites on screen

Does the zip come with a project file with all assets already preloaded into the engine, personally hate having to manually add ALL resources into rpg maker , alot of creators dont properly label the assets so it makes for alot of guess work, also battlers?

Just bought the collection, wonderful looking art! Plan on extending Retro World anymore? More enemies and baddies would be pretty awesome! Oh I didnt notice if there were system menu windows for rpg maker, did I miss them or will there ever be any designed for the look of retro world?
