So I accidentally fell through the train tracks in the area behind Flynn's shop...
I've restarted the game to try and speedrun it ( which i assume is until you beat richter the second time) but the cigarette pack you need to get into deep town isn't spawning in for me and making me stuck in the sludge deeps.
