The languague changer works in a bad way. In the menu you have two buttons where the languague says. Clic left or right until it selects english 

Maybe the rar file is somehow set to open Internet explorer

Win rar is a freeware, even if it says that you need a subscription, you dont really need it.

You close that popular and done, you can use it freely

About the x32 build sadly due the new changes of the game and because i didnt made a backup on those days its not possible due the game is not ready for a test or new demo build and many things changed, but in the new version there will be an x32 build.

try to convert your music that you like in a online converter to make them .mp3, or try to put that .mp3 files in the specified folder in game to see if it works

are archives wich have music with .mp3 format, its the only formats that cbd can read for now

probably your configuration about opening files with winrar is messsed up, try to open it by right click -> open with
and then winrar
