All I get is "The Extraction Operation was not Completed. An Unexpected error is preventing the archive from being extracted. Error 0x8096002A: No error description available." Is it possible I can get a link to the file that doesn't require me to extract it? 

I get an error when trying to extract it. Am I the only one having this problem?
