In a good way I hope, hahah.

This was a really fun concept. An interesting take on a clicker to make resource management more of a concern. I'd definitely like to see this expanded further with more intersecting mechanics.

This was interesting! I'd never heard of this engine before and it was an interesting framework of mechanics. It worked surprisingly well as an added layer on top of an adventure/twine game. It also had a solid sense of space given the limited information.

I did find it hard at the start to parse what the goal for the game was, though it became clearer when I accidentally tried to trigger the end of the game. Also a minor thing but it was actually hard to get the 'character' facing the exact right spot for a few of the interactible elements. If possible, expanding them just a little would make it a lot easier.

I loved the visual treatment going on here. It looked great within the game and worked well, especially with the static cutting in that built up over the game. It gave a really tangible effect to the presumptions and bias of the writer.

The presentation on this was very impressive. All smooth and great UI. The basics of the game were pretty simple and easy to follow. But I wasn't familiar with either Mancala or Tharsis, so I didn't really figure out the higher level tactics of it. I'm not sure how I'd suggest you teach that though, so I wouldn't consider it a criticism to worry about too much.

This was a really good literal walking simulator. Very clever writing and the jokes really landed well!

I liked the old style arcadey look of this. I'm curious what the ending was intended to be. You can see the recording of the stream I did playing it here:

I had a lot of fun with this. I didn't read through the instructions for the games when I was streaming them, so I actually had to work out the premise while I was playing. It's a good sign that I did get it right though. I started to get into a groove where I knew the optimal path and could just move in that set route and not even worry about which one I was. It'd be interesting to add more dynamic levels with moving obstacles or dangerous things to avoid. Or if you wanted to be cruel, swapping the rooms around, hahah.

I had a blast becoming the dictator in this game. It had a good range of abilities and I just managed to squeak out a win in the end by turning them against each other. I actually managed to be strategic haha.

This was such a good idea, I loved it. Placing the body, buying up props and plopping them around the place. I didn't realise at first that the bottom right showed all the conditions, and whether or not they were being fulfilled. Without that I was lost without feedback but when someone on my stream chat pointed it out the game really clicked. Hope you're planning to work more on this. ^^

You can see the playthrough I did on youtube here:

This was great, super polished! I was surprised how hard it was, my heart got very dark very fast. I'm actually not sure if it was a bug or not, but I got a good end even though my heart looked entirely dark by the end?

I did do a stream of this, you can see the video on youtube here:

This was a delight. I liked the art, the writing and the voice acting. Particularly enjoyed the options given, there was always at least one that I liked a lot. Also loved the moment where I said something only to hear the Hitman say the same thing. XD

Superbly stylish game, and surprisingly hard to figure out the finesse of controlling your ship to avoid dieing. Tremendously satisfying to actually pull it off though. Also top notch VHS look.

This was a blast. A lot of tight times and careful turns/jumps. Very impressed to learn it's procedural! Whatever you used to generate a map and give the time limit really did the job. I had multiple tense levels.

Loved this. Amazing pixel art and really a lot of fun in the game system. Could definitely see this built into a bigger game, with other modes and moving sausage faces.

I liked the art for this, both the Thumbs heads in jars and the little toasters with their animations. It was also very satisfying to bounce around on them.

Interesting little interactive fiction piece. I didn't entirely understand what my choices were doing but I liked it more that way. A black box rather than an understandable game system.

This was a tense but fun game about funneling people over... until someone on my stream pointed out I could disrupt the robots too. I enjoyed where that led a lot.

The art style was simple but great and I liked the overall idea. Got very hard though! I couldn't manage the level with reds and blues each having the three rock stack. Makes me think I might have missed some trick to the game.

Oh also very good robot designs!

Enjoyed this charming game. I did struggle to remember the robots, but actually did better than I expected as I started to familiarise myself with their looks. Very much enjoyed being suspicious of all the bots too. Definitely think there's potential for a bigger game here.

It took me a while to realise I could shoot since I didn't read the game page, so it was a pretty terrifying stealth experience to try get around. It was nice discovering that I could actually shoot them then and get my revenge.

Absolutely loved this, really fun to play an effectively audio only game and had a great ending. I'd be interested in more experiments like this!

This was a fun little game to mess around in and cheese the boss. The recorded commentary made it a nice little diary too. Hope you do well with the little one and can find time to play more with making games in future.

Good chess. I won the chess. King me.

This delivered on the promise of a gun that shoots enemies. I liked the tactics of it, they were more involved than I expected. I could see a fully fleshed out game of this. Especially with some more unusual powers like Dot Gobbler lure.

This was a great surprise and very well presented. I'm not sure how fully featured your text interpretation was but it definitely gave me the impression that it was very open. I kinda wanna replay it but I also want to preserve my initial playthrough.

This was fun, I liked the swapping styles and you had a good aesthetic for it. It was nice, though tough. I didn't get very far in it.

This was a nice chill place to play around. I remember someone in the thread talked about it being a good screensaver and I do agree! Though I now see that other people are talking about scores and critics so I may have missed something in my playthrough. XD

Pretty cool! I assume it was the programming of components that was broken, because up to that worked for me pretty well. Ambitious scope but you got a lot done and I liked the direction it was going.

This was a nice charming game. I really liked the character models, a nice cartoony Blendo games look. Quite impressive polish for a 4 hour game too!

This was great fun, seemed bit like a more actiony Quadrilateral Cowboy. Very strong goofs. The tab window was a nice touch, but it actually made the skull aiming hard because I had to look at an angle from where I wanted to shoot so I could then move the mouse to click on the skull shooting. (You can see that clearer as well as a weird collision bug in my video below)

The traversal mechanic in this was really fun to play with. Hard to get used to but I'd like it in a bigger game if it was polished a lil more. The music was also a big highlight.

This was great, I had a lot of fun playing around with the interesting mechanics. And I liked how well you find new ideas and themes for levels to build on the systems (like the level where I you're trapped in a space and need to move the other octopuses around.

This was great fun! I managed to be an on budget dad. B)

Did you post about it on the Idle Forums? I looked for a thread but didn't find one.

This is super cool! I wish I had people to play it with. I actually think it'd be more fun as a side scrolling beat um up rather than one on one fighter but, I know the dangers of scope.

Needs more Chris. 0/10

(this was totally rad!)

This was fabulous! My favourite of the jam so far. The dialogue was funny and I really had to fight for my win. Nice job on making the spells and actual football work in tandem, it felt like both were really useful and necessary even though it'd be easy for one of them to default to being the important mechanic with the other as a side thing.

This is way more intense and creepy than I was expecting from the forum thread. Thumbs up!
