I definitely agree with you on the hordes of enemies, I ended up taking a more cautious approach on this, but a few larger rooms with enemies would have been possible for sure.
I think with the sprint mechanic, I am considering something that takes your current weapon away and you are faster(30%-40%faster) and then once you switch to a weapon you go back to your normal movement speed.
I think the gameplay is the big hook in this game right now, you do feel like you carry something from each one of your deaths due to the meta progression, I think you are on the right path when it comes to the gameplay loop.
I can't wait to see the game in a more polished state!
When we submit our games, should the text file(credits) and the folder of our of rpgmaker game be included in some sort of zip or compressed file? Do you have any preference on how these should be packaged?
