WHY DOES THIS AMAZING VN HAVE SO MUCH LORE!!!

is it just me but I don't really like the new look, I liked the old look of Haruki much better, and is there a way to change it back

is there a way to change how the characters look? like I don't think the new design are that bad (except for Mark, WHAT HAVE THEY DONE TO HIM) but like I liked the old designs much much more

say why do u need ghosts?, P.S I had trouble looking for ghost until I did the ghost quest where u learn holy fist or after I got into the demon's kingdom. not sure if its because I did it wrong or it has some ties into the ghost spawning, but I just explored the 2 slime forest area ans when u see a rock or stick roll towards u then it means a ghost is attaching u, then again I'm no expert so I'm not quite sur
