Seem to have figured it out. Was a compression issue corrupting the file. Fixed now

Ahh, yeah it is as I feared. BulkHead.package wasnt among anything I downloaded and I cant find it in my mod list so I'm really not too sure what I can do :(

Was the Bogan mask removed? It isnt showing up for me. Pretty sad about that...otherwise amazing mod. I'll donate to you in the hopes of supporting ya once I get paid. Thank you so much for making this, I really hope we can get Bogan back in the future, that or I'm just dumb and cant find him in my game among the rest of the stuff this awesome mod added.
