I'm currently doing the GameDevTV course , I hope you will be doing more in the future as that one is excellent. You can tell you are passionate about Godot, I will definitely be getting this course when it is more finished :)
Its a pity there's no option for some extra time, unreal packaging time is really unpredictable.
Mine took ages as well, wish we had a second chance as well.
