Thanks for the feedback! Agreed on the length and difficulty, we were running up against the deadline and just needed some sort of victory condition. If we ever return to this game idea later, limiting mushrooms would be high on the gameplay improvements wishlist.

I don't remember the exact details of how we came up with the idea, but if you google "Cordyceps ants" (warning if you don't like bugs) you can see where at least part of the idea originated :D

Game has a lot of little touches that made it really enjoyable: the hint scrolls, the funny event logs, the goblin's eyes, and clicking on the backpack to start the game!

Enjoyed rolling around, but wished I had a way to get through the terrain without waiting for a vaporizer. The procedural generation and destruction is awesome to get done in a game jam!

Nicely done art and atmospheric! The controls are a bit hard to navigate since I sometimes got stuck on bits of the environment. I may have also soft locked the game in the reactor room (I couldn't move or figure out how to proceed further). Overall an interesting concept and entry!

Poor familiar didn't like much of what I was making! Great art and enjoyed the puns in the item descriptions
