Yeah I agree. Itch is in a tough spot they most likely are mad to be in too hence why it was a better idea to go look upward in the chain of problems. The question is. Is there any like "official petition" somewhere ? Outside of boycotting itch it's not like we have a real way of attacking mastercard and most payment methods... Or maybe we do ? I should look into it to see if I can boycott the payment methods in some way. It'll be abyssmaly small for them even if we all were to stop using them but a step in the right direction is a step I guess...

Yeah feel you on this one. Started working on my own vn over 5 years ago and made an alpha of the game back then. I decided to go into studying music production at Abbay road institutes and learn digital art with Marc Brunet digital artschool. Theses things have been taking up a huge ammount of my time so I didn't work on the project beyond just noting down ideas for years. When I replayed the alpha and went through the initial script of my game a few months ago; I felt HELLA disconnected from whatever I wrote back then XD.
All happy to see you back bud. No stress just go back to enjoying art and if you ever decide to work on "this" project again then do so but dont do so for us. Do it because it is what you want to do. If you realise down the line you dont actually wanna make a vn anymore then simply dont. We'll be saddened not to hear of a story from you sure but most of us (the silent majority) will root for whatever choice makes you happier. Welcome back friend.
Nope not dead. The creater said they were focusing on kemhia for wich they just released a re-work and that they will try putting an update for Interea once in a while between builds of Kemhia 👍.
Was cool to learn about someone else point of view on what is "horrific"; came at the right time to because by chance I rather recently had quite the nightmare that I for some reason ended up loving because it interested me much.
For context, it was a dream about me living a full year of sexual and mental abuse in one of my stories worlds (I feel close to no sexual drive irl so this nightmare came as a surprise). This nightmare was just so intriguing to me that I just had to write it all down; all about the disgust, fear, pain, the fucked up bliss coming from the drugs I was fed, how my mind felt like it was going to split, losing or more like "surrendering my agency",...
It was truly an awful experience and yet... I almost wanted to go back. I wanted to go back and understand what it truly meant for me. What was I really thinking about those things I never seemed to be able to get a grasp on.
It felt like it gave me the opportunity to pear my gaze into my very own abyss (if it makes any sense ^^') and withdraw visions of something I shouldn't come to know; and quite evidently, I wanted to know more if not everything.
I'm not going to write a full essay on it here (after all it isn't my creator page XD) but yeah; I loved and hated this nightmare, and so I think I can somewhat understand your relation with yours :).
Btw you dont have to worry about sounding mad; as a writer myself I believe that all people of our kind are XD.
After all being crazy is one of the big reason why we write no ? We can't offer our worlds and minds simply to other and so we take the long route by giving them some kind of long ass essaythat will take them hours on end to read trhough.
But by doing this it becomes possible for us to share some of our madness we for some reason love and make it lovable by other's too (the less crazy ones I mean XD).
It kind of apply's to most artistic works I think...
The shape language, the textured line art brush, the good usage of both smooth and cell shading, the colors and for some reason the shape of the eyes. I like it a lot I think I want to make a study of it.
(edit : Only thing bothering me a bit if I had to be peckish would be Rune ears. One of the ear has very wobbly lines and the ratio between the two is noticebly off I think. Still; I love it. )
Congrat's on your release ! I've been working on my own VN for a few years too. I damn well know how time consuming and energy taxing it is. I've yet to experience it but I can imagin how good and how scary it felt to finaly press the publish button.
I've personaly took a slightly different path than you by choosing to work on it on my own cause I realised working alongside others on my project probably wasn't my thing. (I'm not very social ^^').
I know working with other peoples doesn't really make it easier.
Though I'd be lying if I said it wasn't taxing for me to be learning code, digital painting, music production,... as well as world building, character's designs cheets and all the rest. ^^'
But I dont plan on surrendering and letting my project die. I want to put my soul into my stories. I'll make it happen at some point.
I Can only hope it'l happen sooner than later. ^^' XD
I wont rush it. I want people to live thoses stories to the fullest !

Have you met with your guard (Darius) from back home and accepted to bring him back to your father domain ? (edit : if not he should appear at some point in the storyline on the iland where you met your father for the first time)
It seem kinda weird to me that you could miss this event considering it is part of the main storyline (or so I think... I'm not sure anymore. I played the update a while ago ^^')
if I remember correctly you get a flashback that will trigger this scene if you talk about what got you to leave your father domain with the Darius
it was my first play throught and I had tried to delate and redownload the game twice, also tried to get rid of the persistant save data and it didn't work.
Until today that is; I tried to delate and redownload for the third time and... well I suppose third time is the charm as it finaly works.
I'm on my first play throught and I get stuck on the first day you get to choose who to hangout with, no matter who I choose.
At some point in the discusion nothing is written and I'm unable to progress anymore. This bug also occur every time something is added to the log book; though when it happened because of the book I could just reload the game to progress the story so it was "fine".
Hmmm dont think so ? I used to have another account but it was hacked quite some time ago so itch services striked it down and gaves me back my purchases on this account. It happened a few months ago allready so I doubt it is the reason as Guttertrash is still recent...
(Never mind it was more or less the reason why. My account now have two emails linked to it and one of them just overights the other; so if I want to redeem something I paid for with the other email I need to ask for the links to be sent there)
It's been sooo long since i played Repeat. I probably should make a comeback. I know how estimed your work is in the community and I think you deserve it.
You dont need a uniform for the rat fight. You just need to wait in the western side of the city until midnight I think and it should be available in the fighting app.
Rohan telling you you need a uniform was the last interaction needed for it to be available. I think.
the thing is... that the game dont exactly "crash" it never does so I dont have a screenshot. It's just that there seem to be a problem with how the game register me passing out I suppose. Sometime it "works" and sometime it just doesn't . (I know it more than lacks precision to tackle the problem but as I said ; it doesn't crash so I can't send a screenshot ^^'). The point being : going to sleep never let me play at night and the food system to regain energy isn't working either so I'm stuck in daytime.
I'm going to try some things and see if it'll make a difference on my end. Maybe I will find an actual reportable bug or a solution at some point.
(edit : I finaly found a solution Though I dont exactly know what I did.)
I still can't play the update even after all the patches ^^'. I'm kinda sad but I guess I can only wait X) (Though the updates didn't solve my problems I must say I'm impressed with how fast you guys worked on patching the update again and again. Good job :) )
yeah that's what I used to do too but it doesn't work for me anymore. When I pass out a random scene that shouldn't play out happen and after it's done I wake up at 6 in the morning . XD
Can you access new content now ? Despite the patch I still can't do anything at all. For some reason it is impossible for me to play at night; each time I'm exhausted and fall asleep an old scene replays and I end up waking up at 6 in the morning. I can't refill my energy with meals either because every time I ask dialogs dissapears and I'm enable to click anywhere -_-.
Rohan is nowhere to be found in the western city either.
All in all my game is still very much "broken" ^^'.
