This is the best thing. It's bestest of all the things ever, and I will not take criticism.
Everything was perfect. The presentation is 𝓇𝒾𝓅 𝓈𝓉𝑜𝓂𝓅𝒾𝓃𝑔𝓁𝓎 good. The gravity mechanics are equally as satisfying to use as they are terrifying to mess up. I definitely screamed once. 10/10.

...Is a strange little roguelike bullet hell in the making. It's fairly bare bones at the moment, sporting only one enemy type, but I intend to develop it into a full game eventually with multiple zones, boss fights, a hub world, permanent upgrades, an ending, etc.
In the meantime, I've been working on an update that will bring this little prototype closer to the original vision I had for it at the beginning of the jam.
If you get around to it, I hope you enjoy :)

A adore the aesthetic here. Visually and thematically, this game is a 10. The atmosphere in some sections is truly top tier.
Where I think the game could use a little more attention is in its movement and combat.
I think the player could benefit from a slightly higher movement speed, and I think enemy projectiles could be slowed down just a bit. A field-of-view setting would also be a nice addition.

I loved My Cat From Heck. Easily in my top 3 favorite submissions I've played so far.

This is so creative and well put together. More people need to experience this game and its true-to-life representation of cat ownership.
