As long as you exited from the sex selection menu and don't come back it stays as the genitalia you chose throughout the game I think.

Hi!! I love the customization but there is one problem. When I picked "Cannot look at flickering light" the profile instead said that flickering lights is not an issue. Other than that this is awesome! I'm excited to see how this story will go!!
