I finish the game in the older version but when i open the game in the latest update my progress was not there so im wondering how to have my progress on the latest update without doing the whole plot again...

Oh i see and whats the cheat code?

It says "Cheat" and Enabled it but nothing happen, so how to use it or what does it mean in this game :/

So... I tried Downloading the game but it said something about "This Title Is Hosted On An Incompatible Third Party Webcite" is there a way to fix this?

Srry, not really good at explaining things... but what you can do is "copy and paste" ur current game file to a USB or if possible (not too sure) u can send ur game files to your email (self email). Then re-download  the game on ur new computer then find that game file then drag ur old game file and replace it with new one, so u can still have ur old game files and you wont lose progress. idk if that made sense but thats what I did when i transfer my game file for "Tales of Unity" (Best Game)
