I am suggesting the start of October, like it's always been from 2007. This year specifically the weekend would be September 29th and 30th and the 1st of October for the final day if it were going ahead as usual.

Hasn't been a problem with those exact dates for the last 10 years. Should we put it to a vote to gauge public preference?

Yo - Looks like we need to revise the timing of this jam. Usually the 48hr corresponds with the end of the uni semester and the public holiday to allow a day of rest after. this would be the 29th - 30th - 1st.
Are we able to update the event to reflect this? Anyone against this?
