A friend recommended this short game to me, and after a playthrough, I was confused why it came so highly recommended. The art was unique and the music was nice, but there wasn’t much to the game. I went through it twice and was still confused. Then I went to this webpage and (shocker!) actually read the instructions, and then I understood it a bit better. I clicked the flower petal and was surprised that it did something!

I eventually figured out the trick to it (using it at the right time to read minds). That was really cool! I thoroughly enjoyed this game and it was the perfect length for an experimental VN.

My only critique are that I wish there’d been an instructions screen before the game started, and I had a bit of trouble understanding some of the dialogue. This was really fun, though! I love to see you branching out (get it? plant pun?)

A friend recommended this to me. I was entranced by the cute story of a sapphic not-ghost and a black cat. I’m a lesbian with a black cat that likes ghosts and spooky aesthetics but not TOO scary, so this definitely was in my niche.

It took me a bit to understand that Anna was replying to the narrator, but that’s okay! Usually I’m not fond of fourth wall breaks, but I think it was really cute here. I enjoyed it.

Anyway, this story made me want to play VA-11 Hall-A after hearing about how good it was for years. I bought it as a result of this story.

Oh, and one more thing! It’s quite inspiring that your game was a game jam game and then became so popular that it was ported to many other platforms. As a fledgling dev myself, gives me hope.

Thank you.

Thank you! We really appreciate it!

I enjoyed my time playing The Snowperson! I really liked the visuals and cool transitions. The music was haunting and lovely, and the idea was really neat and kind of creepy! Excited to see where this story goes!

Thank you so much for the kind words! I truly appreciate your thrilling feedback.

Thank you!! I actually left three secret messages in the game’s PNG files. See if you can find them all!

Thank you for the kind words! I love Edwin, too! He’s so cool!

Thank you for your kind comment and honest feedback!

I can’t speak for the resolution being expanded upon or not, as everything is tentative at the moment, but thank you so much for your kind words and I hope you have a wonderful day!
