I removed the web version, because it was not playable with some browsers, and some screen resolutions.

I released a version on Apple TV today, https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/monkey-gang/id1180...

please check it out instead

yeah but it is very loose...

now that the jam has started, i tested the submission process:
1. I submit a game to itch.io (no license requirement) https://itch.io/docs/legal/terms#rights
2. I submit my uploaded game to the jam (no checkbox or agreement that you waive any rights)
- so I guess there should be some kind of checkbox with text (like the predefined CC0 checkbox you can add) at step 2 to make the mentioned license a submission requirement
(even though your game has a normal separate itch.io page with a license flag you can edit and change at step 1...)

I guess the itch.io jam system and the itch.io Terms of Service where not created with mandatory submission licenses in mind

...BUUT anyway it's not that important,
JUST MAKE GAMES AND HAVE FUN!!!

Hi

it says,

"Games are uploaded under the Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 Creative Commons license."

is this even possible? basically you submit a game to itch.io & the itch terms of use don't force you into any license.

https://itch.io/docs/legal/terms#rights

but in the game jam FAQ you can read about adding source code and license requirements for the jam submission.

https://itch.io/docs/creators/game-jams

... just curious about the topic, never saw mandatory license agreements with itch.io jams.
