I literally recommend this game to everyone because of how pleasing the graphics and story are. The controls are quite easy to understand and the game itself it really fun to get through. I have done the same as you, multiple saves but she is still not at the elevator.

I defeated the lake lady and Lauren told me to meet her at the service elevator but when i go there she isnt there , am I supposed to do something else before being able to meet her? Also when I tap on the 'shop' option at the surf shop, nothing happens, is there supposed to be a shop popup??
