The file got corrupted but I didn't realize that until the jam ended :(

The game jam ended so I'm worried it's too late to change it. And even if I could change it how would I fix it?

My game is for the GMTK Jam, so I need a solution in the next few hours. I uploaded a game to itch.io with p5.js (which is what I'm using for the GMTK Jam) last year and it worked but now it won't. I've tried last night, left it there for 10-20 minutes and it was still stuck. I've tried again several times this morning and it didn't work.

I'm trying different engines, but for now I feel more confident in Scratch.

I noticed that but I didn't really understand what caused it and none of the solutions I tried worked.  Maybe after the jam I'll go back and see if there's any way to fix it.

You need to wait a bit before you press the Space bar to advance text. I'll work on that later. And yes, I did make this in Scratch. I've had more experience with it than other frameworks/engines and this was my first game jam so I wanted something I had as much experience with as possible.

I set it so the spacebar would only load new text after the text was there for a while. I will work on a different solution the next time I make a game in this genre. I used the prompt as in the different types of animals being "joined together."
