Apologies. OK This was just my e-mail server classifying the reset e-mails as SPAM and not forwarding them to me.

Raised this with support 04 May 14:49 no updates so far.

What's odd is for this new account resetting e-mail works fine, and I have received e-mails for the main account from itch.io for other things?

Apologies I have had to set up a new account to report this issue.

Just to let you know that the reset password e-mail system is not working for me.

I've e-mailed support twice and tried multiple times but only getting the automated received notification. At least I am getting that e-mail from itch.io.

Hope you can help my main account is Arowx
